Rosle Modern Classics Silicone Spatula Long Handle 26cm

With Rosle’s Modern Classics silicone spatula with a long handle, you can fold cake batters, mix choux pastry and combine whisked egg whites with cocoa powder for swirled meringues. 

Made of stainless steel and silicone, this spatula has a soft and hard side – the soft side curves to the shape of your bowl and pan to make sure everything is well mixed. The hard side is great for smoothing icing for cakes. 

The extra long handle is ideal when working with large bowls and pans, or reaching into deep mixing bowls on electrical beaters.

This silicone spatula can withstand temperatures up to 220C, so you can use it directly in hot sauces and mixtures.

This spatula measures 26cm and is dishwasher safe.
